Obedience - Level 1 (Age: 3 months and over) |

| This basic level training class will focus on the essentials of positive reinforcement training while your dog learns basic obedience cues; focus, sit, down, stay, come, and loose leash walking. You will also learn solutions to common puppy behavior challenges; house training, crate training, digging, barking, nipping, chewing, and jumping. Class size is limited to 6 dogs. | ||

Obedience - Level 2 (Age: 3 months and over) |

| This intermediate level training class will refine the skills and good behaviors learned in Obedience - Level 1. Additional obedience cues covered include; targeting, heel, drop it, go to mat, take it, wait, and leave it. Behavior challenges specific to your pet will be addressed. Class size is limited to 6 dogs. |

Obedience - Open Practice (Age: 3 months and over) |

| This practice session is for you and your dog to focus on the obedience cues of your choosing, at your own pace, in an informal setting. A trainer will be on-hand to assist with questions. This is an open practice; you are welcome to attend the entire 2 hours or any portion of it. We recommend completion of Level 1 obedience (or equivalent) prior to attending this session. Advance registration is required. | ||

Come When Called Workshop (Age: 3 months and over) |

| Does your dog have selective hearing? Are you tired of being ignored when you call your dog? This workshop will teach you the secret to having your dog consistently come when called. Class size is limited to 6 dogs. |

Loose Leash Walking Workshop (Age: 3 months and over) |

| Does your dog take you for a walk? Are you tired of being pulled around the neighborhood? This workshop will teach you the tricks to having your dog walk calmly next to you. For reactive dogs, counter-conditioning and desensitization techniques will also be discussed. Class size is limited to 6 dogs. | ||

Canine Good Citizen® - Class (Age: 6 months and over) |

The Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) program is designed to reward dogs who have good manners and stresses responsible pet ownership. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test are eligible to receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. The CGC program lays the foundation for other activities such as obedience, agility, tracking, and therapy work. Dogs that have a solid obedience education are a joy to live with; they respond well to household routines and have good manners in the presence of people and other dogs. The CGC program is one of the most rapidly growing programs in the American Kennel Club. The program is already having a positive impact and assures that the dogs we love will always be welcomed, well-respected members of our communities. We recommend completion of Level 1 obedience (or equivalent) prior to enrolling in this class. The CGC test will be administered during the final class session. If your dog has already mastered the skills evaluated during the Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) test, you are welcome to register for the test, without attending the CGC class. If you and your dog do not pass the test, it can be retaken at a 50% discount or 50% of the test fee can be applied to the Canine Good Citizen® - Class. | Are you expecting a baby? When the baby arrives, you and your dog's life will drastically change. Dogs are stressed by change, so it is important to plan in advance to minimize the stress and ensure your 4-legged kid will accept your 2-legged child. This private, in home session, will provide you with extremely valuable information on what to do and what not to do both before and after your baby's arrival. |
